Wound prepping and bandaging
Obtaining specimens for culture
Same-day x-rays
Administration of fluids and antibiotics
Blood pressure monitoring
Pre-operative blood work
Evaluation of the oral cavity for dental and periodontal disease
Discussion and selection of special diets
Outpatient monitoring of diabetic pets
Discussion of terminal disease conditions, and when appropriate, euthanasia

For pets who are in need of services that require a brief stay, the clients at the Downtown Veterinary Clinic may 'drop off' for spay, neuter, ultrasound, x-rays, and dental cleaning and oral surgery.
